Through "urban development," we will add value to real estate from various perspectives and create business opportunities for the entire Seibu Group.

The real estate business will play a central role as each business works together organically in central Tokyo, areas along the Seibu Line, and resort areas. In this way, we will unlock the latent value of the Seibu Group's abundant portfolio of prime assets, enhance value, and achieve sustainable business growth, while also providing irreplaceable spaces and moments to customers through the various businesses of the Seibu Group.

Mission

To provide high-quality services that integrate PM/CM in a one-stop service

Based on our track record of management of properties such as Tokyo Garden Terrace Kioicho and Karuizawa Prince Shopping Plaza, we will provide high-quality services that integrate PM/CM in a one-stop service.
Alongside our capital recycling business, we will also accept PM contracts for properties with owners outside the Group, engage in the value-add business promoted by SEIBU REAL ESTATE, and implement M&A handled by the real estate management company. In this way, we will seek to increase fee income from enterprises both within and outside the Group and gain more properties operated under management contract from the Group, and thus contribute to the growth of the Group.
