We are a real estate management company that provides high-quality services, including PM (property management) and CM (construction management), for the Seibu Group’s real estate business.

The Seibu Group Long-Term Strategy 2035, which we announced in May 2024, outlines a sustainable growth strategy centered on the real estate business. Through initiatives such as urban development that leverages the Seibu Group’s land holdings, the strategy aims to add value to real estate from a multifaceted perspective and create business opportunities in urban transportation and regional businesses, hotel and leisure business.

Specifically, we aim to add value to real estate by providing high-quality services and leveraging our track record in managing assets like offices and commercial facilities, such as Tokyo Garden Terrace Kioicho (Chiyoda Ward, Tokyo) and Karuizawa Prince Shopping Plaza (Karuizawa Town, Nagano Prefecture).

We go beyond simply ensuring safe and reliable construction to maximize real estate value by optimizing quality, cost, and schedules. In addition, we are engaged in a variety of other businesses, including the purchase and resale of homes and parking lot operations.

Looking to the future, as a real estate management company, we will further strengthen the expertise of each department to expand our management contracts both within and outside the Group and increase our fee revenue. At the same time, we will participate in the value-enhancing business promoted by Seibu Real Estate Inc. to further strengthen our business foundations.
